Was told contradicting information by the man at the store. Trying to revive the tree I spent over 100 dollars on. Would not recommend.

It was amazing hearing the history and stories of bonsai trees. I met trees older than me!

Hard to come by a dedicated store for bonsais, 50% off for the time being! 70% for bamboo. Gave decent advice on treating, caring, and an instruction sheet if needed. Buyer beware, plants may be mislabeled, contain thrips, and some potted hastily.

Do not shop at this place they are a bunch of scam artists. The tree I received as a gift which meant so much to me has been infested with aphids and little black bugs since Feb. I spoke to two different people about the problem, they told me to “dunk it under water” and “buy a bug spray” and nothing has worked they keep returning. My children are scared to go in the room it was in because every week there would be little black bugs crawling all over the place! I finally had to drop it back to the store because the problem persists. I cannot catch the guy I actually have to talk to about a refund as he’s never there. The other workers are of no help. The number on the paper they give you just rings and rings and there’s no phone number for the store. A nightmare of a gift. $300 for months of infestation. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not go there

This place is amazing, almost as if it’s a little sanctuary. The guy has really great prices and I was amazed south African species, Chinese and Japanese species.
